Rules and Guidelines
Excuses are to be submitted through the following form.
If you need to take an extended leave of absence (due to study abroad or other similar situations), please email the account at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members are only allowed 2 excused and 2 unexcused absences per semester. Our constitution states that members who exceed 2 excused and 2 unexcused absences per semester may be called before the executive committee and removed from the organization.
Under the guidance of the executive committee, members may avoid removal by completing 1 hour of service, education, or professional development for EACH unexcused absence over the permitted 2 per semester. These hours must be completed in addition to the regularly required hours PRIOR to the end of the semester. Non-compliance will result in dismissal from the organization.
